i appreciated how the apartment had two large televisions. a large walk in shower provided extra convenience. the bed felt really comfy, it was easy to relax after a long day.
i noticed the lift situation, as one was out of order, made moving around a little slower.

the central location offered convenient access to many attractions. transportation links included buses and tube stations nearby. exploring various parts of the city became simple and efficient. i found several theaters in walking distance.

This hotel is really good, I was very comfortable here. The location is superb, I easily walked to many attractions. The staff were helpful and accommodating . They made everything easy!
The elevators were not working properly. And it was quite inconvenient. There were issues with them on several days of my stay. And it affected my experience.

The staff assisted with tour bookings. And they offered excellent recommendations. They stored items in the fridge after checkout. And they even lent their phone to me.

There is a washer and dryer at a common area. And this allows guests to do laundry. I loved this extra convenience, it was fantastic. The reception is staffed 24 hours a day.

a decent stay, but with issues
significant noise inconsistent housekeeping
the location was good, offering easy access to public transportation.
I was disappointed by several aspects. first, the noise from other guests was significant. loud thudding and door slamming disrupted my sleep multiple times (even with ear plugs). also, housekeeping was inconsistent. I found crumbs on the couch upon arrival, suggesting a rushed cleaning job.

great location quiet room
The location is amazing! it is close to underground transportation stops and dining options making everything so convenient. the only tiny issue was that my room faced an office building. There wasn't much privacy, but it did keep things quiet, which i loved. i slept great.
the air con was not working, and it was centrally controlled! the room was very stuffy when i arrived. there was no way to cool the room using the air conditioning. i felt so bad, but at least the staff were helpful.
